Here are some of our favorite destinations:
Masai Mara
One of the finest game reserves in East Africa and among the seven natural wonders in the world. Masai Mara is the northern part of the Ngorongoro-Serengeti-Masai Mara ecosystem and besides from having one of the densest and most varied animal populations in the world it also receives the annual migration of gnus and the spectacle peaks when the thousands of animals reach the Mara River. In order to get to the greener pastures on the other side, they jump – and some are pushed by the frantic herd into the river where monstrous Nile crocodiles await for, literally – the feast of the year.

Lake Nakuru
One of Kenyas most visited National Parks is Lake Nakuru – famous for its diversity and a true haven for birdwatchers. The millions of lesser and greater flamingos color the lake pink, and thousands of pelicans makes an amazing sound when they circle on thermal updrifts to gain height. Not only is the soda lake itself a fantastic spectacle because of the wealth of birds, Lake Nakuru National Park is maybe the place in the whole of Africa to see rhinos. Also the park is one of the best places in Kenya to spot a leopard, and situated only 200 km from Nairobi it is part of the southern safari route in Kenya.

The coast
Enjoy the white sand beaches and coral reefs of the Indian ocean. The climate at the coast is perfect for beach life and swimming. You can do a wide variety of water sports such as golf, windsurfing, sailing, parasailing, snorkeling and diving in some of the worlds best marine national parks where you can swim with dolphins and spot the occasional whale passing by. The Swahili culture on the coast is adding a sense of exotic spice to the colors, the sounds and the wonderful food and that combined with the nearness of the sea makes the coast the perfect place for a romantic holiday as well as the most rejuvenating setting for your body and soul.

Tsavo National Park
Visit Tsavo, the largest national park in Kenya and see the red elephants that basically turn into pink giants in the golden rays of light from the setting African sun. Tsavo is also famous for its vast scenic vistas dotted with volcanoes and long rows of doum palms along the rivers making the perfect surroundings for amazing wildlife viewing in the most amazing settings. The 22,000 sq km park is divided into a western- and an eastern part for easier administration of the area. The Tsavo west has a range of great lodges built around waterholes guaranteeing a splendid view to the wildlife while you enjoy an afternoon drink on the porch. In Tsavo east the scrub-covered hills of the southern park have a very remote feel and here you will rarely run into other tourists. As the landscape is semi arid, the best game viewing is along the watercourses and at the Kanderi swamp, which is in proximity of the main Voi gate.

Mount Kenya
The second highest mountain in Africa and the highest in Kenya looks like it is taken out of a Hollywood movies intro. The mountain gave name to Kenya and as a curiosity it shows a rare glimpse of equatorial snow in a setting of huge valleys with Afro-alpine flora and fauna. Elephants, forest buffalo and giant forest hogs roam the rainforest up to 2000m and above the bamboo thickets big heathers have to be forced to make it to the point of departure for the coming mornings early attempt for the summit. Hiking Mount Kenya is not a walk in the park and the altitude can be a serious hazard to your well being, but the struggle on the way up is fully repaid when you are standing in the jet stream at Point Lenana, watching the clouds nestle close to Batian and Nelion while the sun rises over the African continent.
